Returns, Exchanges, and Refund Policy

What is your return policy?

Any product/item can be returned or exchanged if it is incorrect, incomplete, defective, or damaged within 7 days of delivery.


Megamotosports.pk reserves the right to reject a return request if the policy is misused or if the product is returned with missing tags, packaging, or components.

 

What are the conditions for return or exchange?

The product must be in the same condition as delivered—unused, in its original genuine state, and without any flaws. It must include the original tags and packaging. Additionally, the item must be accompanied by the order number or proof of purchase.


What is the procedure for Returns or Exchange?

To initiate a return or exchange, please call our official helpline at 03220222345 and register your complaint. You will be provided with the updated return address. Send the item via Pakistan Post or a courier express service, ensuring it is properly packed. Please note that return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed by the company. The customer will only be refunded the principal amount of the product within one week of the return.

What is the shipment method for return or exchange?

Once your return request has been created, our customer care team will guide you on how to ship the product/item back to the original location. Depending on the situation, you will need to take your product/item to the nearest drop-off point. Please note, there is no pickup service available.

What is your refund or exchange policy?

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund or exchange. The eligibility for a refund or exchange depends on the condition of the product and your preference. Based on this, the product may either be refundable or exchangeable.

When will I be refunded?

Once your return is approved, we will initiate the refund to your preferred payment method within 7 working days. Please note, the account holder’s name must match the name on the order. If not, proof of identity will be required.

When will I receive my exchanged item?

The transit time for the exchanged item is the same as our standard delivery time, which is 3 to 5 business days from the time the exchange is shipped. You will receive an exchange of equal value to your original order
